PERMANENT PLACEMENT

All candidates are thoroughly screened, tested, and selected based on qualifications and requirements. Each placement includes a full one time replacement guarantee after the initial placement date at no extra cost to the client. Placement fees vary between 12% – 18% and can even be tailored to meet specific needs.

TEMPORARY PLACEMENT

Elite also offers the option of hiring full time employees through our “temp to perm” arrangement. Clients can request to leave potential employees on Elite’s payroll during their evaluation period to ensure the employee is the right fit for the available position.

During the “temp to perm” scenario, the prospective employee would remain on Elite’s payroll for a minimum of twelve (12) weeks, after which the client has the option of moving  the employee into the position permanently.
